  • Upgrading from a manual wash to a scalp brush increases your cleaning surface area from 10 fingers to over 572 fine-tuned pins. This precision allows you to sweep away debris from scalp gently to ensure every single follicle is cleansed, achieving a level of hygiene that fingers alone cannot match.

  • Our patented scalp brush is designed for a deep, safe clean. With a density of 572 pins, the tips are engineered into perfect spheres to ensure they never scratch or irritate. This safety is backed by third-party testing, proving the brush is gentle on the skin.

The unique dual-length pin system provides a comfortable massage while meticulously lifting dirt from the scalp surface, assisting the lifting of crusts, flakes and product buildup.

  • Standard shampoo brushes are often limited by their material and design; made of rigid rubber or plastic, they feature a small number of thick, blunt pins that can easily scratch the scalp if too much pressure is applied. These bulky pins are simply too large to effectively cleanse your scalp. In contrast, our brush is engineered specifically for precision. With 572 micro-fine, spherical-tipped pins, it is designed to adhere perfectly to the scalp’s contours. This high-density pin count ensures that every pore is reached and deep-cleaned with a gentle, massage-like touch that is both exceptionally comfortable and safe.

  • We are proud to hold Japanese Patent No. 3964227 for our brush in collaboration with S-Heart-S Japan which features a specialised design engineered to contour perfectly to the scalp.

  • Before you begin, ensure the hair is gently detangled.

Start with a light hand-wash, then transition to the brush. Move the pins from the perimeter toward the crown, ensuring the brush hugs the scalp.

For a deeper scrub, use small, oscillating movements - similar to how you’d use a toothbrush. After 2–3 minutes, rinse while continuing to brush to ensure every trace of shampoo is removed.

  • Actually, there’s no need to worry. One cause of scalp flaking can be attributed to product buildup that hasn’t been effectively removed.

Because our brush is designed to be used during the rinsing, it effectively clears out excess product, helping to protect your scalp.

  • Yes! Using the brush during your treatment phase is a game-changer. It helps distribute the product evenly - especially for long hair and assists in absorption.

Ensure hair is detangled before using it to apply product.

We recommend a final brush-through during your rinse to assist in removing excess product, preventing the dullness or heaviness caused by leftover product.

  • Absolutely! Many of our users love it for everyday styling because of how easily it builds volume.

Just a quick reminder: to preserve the life of your brush, avoid high-heat settings for extended periods, as extreme heat can lead to pin deformation.

  • Yes! It’s great for adding lift before you set your look. Just remember two golden rules:

    1. Don't over-apply: Too much product ruins volume and isn't great for your scalp.

    2. Apply to hair, not the brush: To prevent damage or chemical wear on the brush, never spray or coat the bristles directly.

  • Yes. Gently brushing from the ends upward before shampooing can help break down styling products and make your shampoo lather better. Just be careful not to pull too hard to avoid hair breakage.

  • While the our model features anti-static pins, dry air can still cause static. Simply dampening the brush or your hair with a little water will solve this.

  • Yes. Third-party tests prove the brush does not damage the skin even after 100 strokes. However, please avoid use if you have severe inflammation, eczema, or open wounds on your scalp.

  • Yes. The brush is designed to be gentle and non-irritating. By clearing pores and stimulating blood circulation through massage, it helps maintain a healthy scalp environment.

  • We do not recommend use on infants. There is no upper age limit; we encourage long-term use for anyone looking to maintain healthy hair and scalp.

  • Please refrain from using the brush if:

    • You have new hair implants/transplants under 2 months old.

    • You have active scalp injuries, swelling, or rashes.

Use caution if you have very curly or coil hair types as these are prone to breakage when brushed excessively.

  • You can easily remove hair by hand. There is a slightly wider gap in the center of the brush pins designed specifically to make it easier to slide your fingers through and lift out hair and dust.

  • After use, rinse thoroughly with water and store it in a well-ventilated area with the pins facing upward to dry.

  • You can try soaking the brush in warm water (approx. 50–60°C) for 5 to 10 minutes. This often helps the pins reset and regain some of their original shape.
